Shipping & Delivery

Before leaving our premises, each item is carefully inspected and packed to make sure it reaches you in perfect condition. We strive to keep shipping charges as low as possible and only use shipping companies we trust to deliver your order safely and on time.

Most orders are shipped with Royal Mail. We reserve the right to use other couriers from time to time, you'll find the name of your courier company in the dispatch notification email, together with your order's tracking number. The tracking number may show as 'invalid' until the next working day. If phone number is provided at checkout, you may receive a text notification from the courier company.

If you do not reside in UK, please note that on top of the order payment, you will have to bear any customs charges when your order reaches your country. We have no control over these and advise you to contact your local customs office. If you do not know how to do this, please contact us, and we will be happy to help you in this regard.

We aim to dispatch your order within 2 days of placement, in tense periods the dispatch times might take longer.
